Learn how to use the Observation Data Report export function to build an exportable table of observation data.
The Observation Data Report allows you to build a custom table with Observation details. The Observation Data Report can be exported or emailed for more detailed analysis.
You can access the Meetings Report by going to Reports > Custom Reports > Observation Data Report.
How to Build the Report
Use the filters on the left side of the page to determine which data should be pulled into the report.
Date Range
Select date range options, including any key dates (if added) or specific school years and Start and End Date.
Forms to Include
Select all of the forms you would like to include in the report. Beneath this section, you can also pull data from forms that are no longer actively used on the site.
Fields to Show
Select all of the fields that you would like to be a column header on your report. This is broken up into metadata about the observer, the observee, and also general information about the observation itself.
Options
- Include Row data: Includes scoring information for each individual indicator.
- Include Text Box data: Includes all notes written in text boxes.
- Include Action Steps: Shows the text of any Action Items assigned during the observation. This column will appear at the end of your table.
- Include Draft Observations: Includes data for observations still in draft-mode.
- Only show Scored Observations: Will exclude any Observations that have not received any scores.
- Groups to Include: Decide which groups you would like to pull data for. You can pull for an entire school, multiple schools, and even filter for specific coaching groups.
Run & Share
Select Run Report to initiate the report. The Data Table will show all data that meets your criteria.
Share the Report
- Export Table: Click to download this report as a CSV/spreadsheet. Note: This will only download information that is on the current page.
- Email Report: You can email yourself a CSV/spreadsheet of this report.
