When you need to remove an Observation Form or Meeting Type from your site, first consider if you'd still like the touchpoint to show on your reports or if you'd like to completely remove that touchpoint from your site.

Archiving an Observation (not shown in reports)
Click Config > Forms
Use the Trash icons to archive any forms you'd like to remove from the site
Don't worry -- you can always show archived rubrics and restore if you need them again!
Hiding an Observation (shown in reports)
Sometimes you just want to stop the use of a specific observation form while keeping the record of its data. Hide the observation to keep observees from being able to complete the observation form in the future. To hide an observation, start by clicking Config > Forms
Click on the Form Settings for the form you'd like to hide
Scroll to the Menu Settings section and toggle on Hide on menus
You can alternatively hide the observation form from specific schools or roles depending on your use case.

Click Config > Meeting Types
Use the Trash icons to archive any Meeting Types you'd like to remove from the site
Same as before -- you can always show archived Meeting Types and restore if you need them again.

Click Config > Meeting Types
Click on the Meeting Type Settings for the form you'd like to hide
Scroll to the Visibility Settings section and toggle on Hide on menus
