Learn about what access each permission level gives a user in Grow.
Please note: this article applies to users with all roles.
The access you have in Grow is based on the role that your account is assigned. To begin at a summary level, each user role is able to:
- Enter and manage Touchpoints for her/himself and any user “below”
- Progress monitor her/himself and any user “below” her/himself on the hierarchy.
There are two types of roles in Grow: School Roles and Network Roles.
Important Consideration |
|
We recommend using caution if assigning multiple rows to a singular user. When assigning roles, please note that the visibility of the user is based on their lowest role, and visibility for the user is based on their highest role. For example, if a user is assigned two roles: Assistant School Admin & Coach this user will be pulled into Coach-related filters and have the viewing permissions of the Assistant School Admin. |
