Notifications Based on Score Thresholds Overview

Admins can configure score thresholds to automatically notify stakeholders when finalized observations fall within notable scoring ranges.

How to Configure Notifications

To enable notifications based on score, navigate to the settings page of any form by selecting the gear icon on the row of the form. 

Scroll down the page to the "Scoring and Privacy Settings" section. Toggle on "Send notification(s) based on score" at the bottom of the section. 

Define your score range (e.g., 1-2 or 4-5) and select any users who should be notified. When an observation is finalized with a score in that range, Grow sends a direct email to your selected users with a link to view the full observation. 

Scroll to the top of the screen and click Save.
